The hotel rooms actually smelled so clean, like a new car smell, were perfect, very clean, and offered a fantastic view of the Boston harbor. The service was very attentive and helpful, although it could exhibit some coldness at times. The location is good with reasonable travel times to all things 'Boston,' clean and well-kept, though it's a bit far from the city center. The dining experience had refined dishes but was a bit overpriced for the quality. The facilities were top-notch.

Staying at the hotel was an elegant and beautiful experience with Alexa-controlled rooms that were spotless and always very comfortable. The staff were very polite and presentable, though we had a minor hiccup with a missing starter during room service which was quickly rectified. The location, while further out of Boston than expected, provided a free water shuttle to the North End every half hour, making it convenient for exploration. The dining was a mixed bag, as some items were overpriced for their quality, but there were fresh products available. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely incredible. The beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the room with a harbor view was just luxurious. The cleanliness and comfort were top-notch, making it a truly luxurious experience. However, the location was further out of Boston than expected, requiring expensive taxi rides to get to the city, which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel had spacious rooms with two double beds at a decent price for a Friday night, but the staff seemed tired at the rare steak house. The service, however, from the bellhops to the valet and front desk, was wonderful, attentive, and kind. The location was not ideal for someone with mobility issues, but the easy boat shuttle to the city made up for it, offering a quiet area close to the center of Boston. Dining was disappointing with overpriced and dry sausage, especially for in-room breakfast. Despite this, the location was beautiful, and the On Deck Burger Bar was a great spot for Valentine's Day dinner.
